The Raging Wool Shop is a 20 minute drive west of Ft. Lauderdale, or a 20 minute drive north of Miami Lakes, located in the Weston/Sunrise area near the intersection of I-75, I-595 and the Sawgrass Expressway.

We have a roomy, comfortable set of crafting tables and a comfy living room area to faciltate interaction, learning and collaboration with others, surrounded by about 500 bins, baskets and racks of the world's most wonderful yarns.One of our many mascots is 'Lana', our shop Alpaca. We dress her up from time to time with seasonal fashions and she often inspires our youngest students!Would you like to learn to make animals in 3D? We have the right yarns and teach classes on how to do it. Here's some wonderful denizens hand made by Susan S., one of the Raging Wool's top knitters...One of the advantages of buying yarns & accessories from our shop is that you have a chance to sit, learn and enjoy the Zen of the shop, as we play smooth Jazz and will always take the time to help you with your projects.Eso, si, que es - spells SOCKS!
