Raging Wool Pembroke Pines Shop Permanently Closed

In lieu of the Coranavirus, shifting market dynamics and the health of employees and customers – I have decided to close Raging Wool’s Brick & Mortar Store, effective June 27, 2020.  The online store will re-open later in July as we reconfigure this website site to support online sales only.

The decision to close the Raging Wool Yarn Shop is certainly not without great sadness and emotion. I am so sorry to tell you this!

We’ve had nearly 10 fabulous years of creating wonderful projects together! However, the combination of the COVID-19 pandemic, rising rents, consumer shifts to e-commerce and my own health (I have Psoriatic Arthritis, affecting my hands) has led me to make this very difficult decision! The silver lining is that I know we have created 1000’s of new knitters, crocheters and weavers since 2010, and 100’s of new friends, that will continue to create beautiful and very personal projects, using these most ancient of arts!

I want to thank our employees, Elke and Giovanna, for their tireless support and commitment to the Raging Wool and our customers.

I would also like to express my gratitude to our creative and always fun customers. I cannot express how much I have enjoyed your company and look forward to maintaining our friendships!

For nearly 10 years, we have served an eclectic community of fiber fanatics in South Florida and across the world. It has been an honor and a privilege to help and know you. I look forward to good times again with you!
