Shipping & Return Policy
Free, Quality Packaging & Handling. We carefully pack your orders, at no extra charge, into sturdy and weather-resistant packaging to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound. We also include a modest "thank you" gift which you will find to be useful and relevant to your projects.
Shipping Costs: $10
When will my order ship? We ship your order on either the day we receive your order or the next business day after receipt of your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are typically mailed out on the following Monday.
Why Priority Mail vs Regular Mail? We give you the option to have your order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) "Regular" Mail or by USPS "Priority" Mail.
USPS Regular Mail has no delivery or tracking guarantees and typically delivers between three (3) to six (6) business days. By contrast, the USPS "Priority" Mail is delivered between two (2) to three (3) business days from the time we ship your order.
Quality and Returns Policy
It is our policy that we only sell the highest quality, unused and undamaged yarns. As such we will not accept any skeins of yarns that were wound - either by us, or by you, under any circumstances. All "Sale" purchases are final and can not be returned.
We will accept returned yarns, such as unwound skeins, or balls of yarn in original manufacturer wrapping, subject to our inspection. We will not accept any returned yarns that have odors (pet, tobacco, etc.), or are altered (cut, soiled, knotted, etc). Our visual and other inspections are final.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply give us a call and explain your needs. We may advise you to simply login to your online account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
